| Chimney pot fitting or replacement is undertaken for a variety of reasons. It is necessary sometimes to open up a previously sealed flue to provide ventilation or when re-establishing a fire, to increase the height of a chimney to improve the draw or simply to replace damaged pots or rectify a previous unsuitable installation. | ||
| Scaffolding or chimney access platforms may be required, sometimes an effective repair can be carried out from ladders alone. We can advise on the safest and most cost effective solution for you. | ||
| Quite often damp or rain ingress is the first indication that something is wrong but we always conduct a visual survey prior to sweeping as part of the service and will advise you of any issues we observe at that time. | ||
